What Is Not Allowed

NeedEmail.com prohibits spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware delivery, credential theft, forged sender identity, deceptive messaging, unlawful content, and any abuse of SMTP, IMAP, POP, forwarding, or alias features.

How To Report Abuse

Report abuse to abuse@needemail.com. Include full headers, source IP addresses, timestamps (with timezone), and a sample message where possible so we can investigate quickly.

Enforcement Actions

We may throttle traffic, rotate credentials, disable mailboxes, suspend domains, block IPs, preserve evidence, and terminate accounts when abuse is detected or reasonably suspected.

Response Targets

We aim to acknowledge abuse reports promptly and prioritize active phishing, malware, and account takeover incidents.

Law Enforcement and Providers

NeedEmail.com may share relevant logs and account details with providers, anti-abuse networks, and legal authorities when required to investigate abuse and comply with applicable law.
