How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, create and manage email domains, provide POP, IMAP, and SMTP details, secure accounts, detect abuse, troubleshoot service issues, enforce terms, comply with legal obligations, respond to requests, improve reliability, and protect deliverability and infrastructure.

Email and Message Data

Email routing metadata, logs, message headers, recipient information, sender information, and message content may be processed when necessary to transmit messages, investigate abuse, comply with law, debug delivery issues, or protect the service. Users are responsible for having the rights, consent, and legal basis required for the email they send through NeedEmail.com.

Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as needed for service operations, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes. Credentials are encrypted at rest where supported by the application, and sessions use HTTP-only cookies. No Internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
