NeedEmail.com Terms of Service

Service Use

NeedEmail.com provides POP, IMAP, and SMTP access for lawful business, application, and software email workflows. You are responsible for all activity under your account, domains, credentials, and systems that connect to NeedEmail.com.

Consent-Based Email

You may use the service only for email you are authorized to send. You must comply with applicable email, privacy, telecommunications, consumer protection, and anti-spam laws, including unsubscribe, sender identity, consent, suppression-list, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to your messages.

Prohibited Activity

You may not use NeedEmail.com for spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, malware, credential theft, deceptive or misleading content, harassment, evasion of abuse controls, unauthorized scanning, spoofing, illegal goods or services, or activity that damages the reputation, deliverability, infrastructure, or security of NeedEmail.com, recipients, providers, or networks.

Abuse Controls

NeedEmail.com may throttle, filter, pause, suspend, terminate, rotate credentials, preserve evidence, or block traffic when needed to protect users, recipients, networks, infrastructure, deliverability, legal compliance, or service integrity. Abuse decisions may be made automatically or manually.

Credentials and Security

You must keep all usernames, passwords, login codes, API credentials, and domain details confidential. You are responsible for promptly rotating credentials and notifying NeedEmail.com at admin@needemail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Deliverability and Availability

Email delivery depends on recipient systems, DNS, reputation, content, rate limits, authentication, filtering, third-party policies, and network conditions. NeedEmail.com does not guarantee acceptance, inbox placement, delivery time, uninterrupted service, or compatibility with every recipient or provider.

Intellectual Property

NeedEmail.com, Need Email?, related marks, product names, interface design, software, documentation, and service materials are owned by NeedEmail.com or its licensors. No rights are granted except as needed to use the service under these terms.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as available and as permitted by law. NeedEmail.com disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeedEmail.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, reputation, deliverability, or business interruption damages.

Changes and Contact

NeedEmail.com may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms. Questions and notices may be sent to admin@needemail.com.
